Victoria is a firm believer that your body and mind have to be on the same page for success. Just like limiting calories and increasing fitness, your mind needs to limit negative thoughts and increase positive thoughts. Your body reacts to your thoughts, so by being nice to yourself, you’re already taking a step in the right direction.

Quarantine and 2020 were not kind to me. Before the world shut down, I was someone who THRIVED off the group fitness scene. I was working out about 5x/week. When the shutdowns hit last March, it became so much harder for me to stay motivated. I stopped exercising almost entirely, was working a desk job, and finding comfort in food. By the end of 2020, I was the heaviest I had been in my life, completely unmotivated, and just generally unhappy with my own physical health.

Carly and Victoria, and the Fit Coaching program, completely changed all of this for me, and in only 7 weeks! This was probably the toughest mental challenge for me, but I am so grateful that I did it! They helped me find love in working out at home and alone. They helped me create a better relationship with food. Now I prefer to view food as fuel for my body, rather than something I can find solace in. Now, not only am I the lightest I have been since my freshman year of high school, but I feel the best I’ve ever felt. Cardio feels energizing now rather than exhausting. I feel stronger than I have ever been!


After years of abusing my body binge eating and yo-yo dieting, I was finally ready to make a change. I didn’t like what I saw in the mirror but most importantly I didn’t like how I felt. Everyday I made the choice to choose me over everything else. With Carly and Victoria’s guidance, I planned out my days and eating healthy/working out became second nature. Through this program, I have learned how to eat in a way that honors my body and my mind. Some days were significantly harder than others, but Carly and Victoria held me accountable & never let me give up on myself. It is truly a no-excuse program! Since graduating I have continued on my health journey and still have been successfully losing weight on my own.
